Projects: Phase 1
The inaugural phase of the Newark Artist Collaboration will include an array of site-specific and original multi-disciplinary artworks to be installed in and around Audible’s headquarters in downtown Newark.
Artists are asked to embrace concepts of resilience, invention, innovation, and futurity.

What narratives have yet to be shared or have been overlooked?
How do we reinvent, for inclusion and empowerment of all of our communities?

Audible Lobby Mural

Route 280 Barrier Facade Activation
A look at neighborhood intersections and interconnectivity. This nearly five hundred foot space will host a facade installation that could include a mounted mural, sculpture or light installation.
Westinghouse Site Intervention
Stories that retell, represent and empower. A body of work digitally printed and hosted in exhibition structures at the former Westinghouse site.
Fence Murals: Various Locations
Vibration, rhythm or frequency. Digitally printed mesh banners installed on Orange St, Essex St and University Ave.
NPL Courtyard Rotating Mural
A space to feature innovative storytelling. Rotating mural framed in a courtyard shared by the Newark Public Library and Rutgers University.
NPL Courtyard Sculpture
A space for gathering and dialogue. Free-standing sculpture, seating, ways of enhancing or dividing the space, pop-up concepts or event accommodations, lighting installations, and more.
NPL Youth Courtyard Sculpture
Imagination, play and fantasy. Free-standing sculpture, seating, ways of enhancing or dividing the courtyard, pop-up library activations, a discovery or play space.
